Numeric control front feeding device is employed and the back gauge device is removed, to gain higher shearing precision and work efficiency. Servo control technology is applied for the front feeding device, fitted with pneumatic clamping and feeding devices, and added with the strong function of DAC310 numeric control system, typical of rapid, accurate, and stable operation, which has greatly saved manpower and enhanced work efficiency. Imported ball screw and linear guide rail have ensured a repeated positioning precision of the machine tool. |
